Clarification that then Congressman Sonny Angara did not author the provision on good conduct allowances for convicted prisoners under RA 10592

Just need to clarify I did not author the provisions in RA 10952 which grant greater good conduct allowances. I authored HB417 which became pic.twitter.com/N66rnr7yet
